- Briefing required, all riders will attend the pre-ride briefing before departure.
- Arrive prepared, riders will arrive 15 to 30 minutes early with sufficient fuel and a roadworthy motorcycle.
- Ride command, the Road Captain will lead operational ride decisions and the Tail Gunner will support rear formation safety.
- Formation discipline, riders will maintain spacing, follow regroup procedures, and ride predictably.
- Professional conduct, riders will represent the Club and the community with courtesy, discipline, and a sober respectful presence.

- Ride Day, approved participants will arrive prepared, on time, and ready for the briefing and formation expectations.
