Community & Charity

Community involvement is part of the long-term direction for Rocky Mountain Renegades RC. As the Club builds toward Spring 2027, the focus is on establishing the right people, structure, and safety standards before committing to public charity rides or events.

Community First

The goal is to support worthwhile local causes once the Club is active, using organized planning and clear expectations so the purpose stays meaningful.

Safety Focused

Future official rides will use route planning, safety briefings, and clear ride leadership so the group stays predictable and controlled.

Respect Matters

When the Club begins public activity, members will be expected to represent both the cause and the Club with professionalism, courtesy, and disciplined conduct.

Future Community & Charity Plans

No public charity events are being advertised yet. Confirmed community or charity activity will be added once the founding group is established and the 2027 schedule is ready.

Nothing public is scheduled yet
Winter 2026–27 is focused on building the founding group and preparing the Club for its first full riding season. Charity rides, fundraisers, and community support events will only be posted here after dates, partners, routes, safety requirements, and responsibilities are confirmed.

How Future Community & Charity Events Will Work

Clear planning, safe riding, and a cause-first approach.

  • Planning
Before any event is announced, the Club will coordinate with the partner organization, confirm the purpose, and establish the event requirements.
  • Ride Briefing
Approved riders will arrive fueled, on time, and attend a pre-ride safety briefing.
  • Operational Authority
During future official rides, the Road Captain will lead ride decisions and the Tail Gunner will help keep the formation safe and together.
  • Formation and Safety
The designated ride lead will set pace, spacing, and regroup procedures to keep the group safe and predictable.
  • Donations
If money is collected, it will be documented and delivered to the partner as agreed, with Treasurer oversight and clear records.
  • Respect
Participants will represent the Club and the cause with professionalism, courtesy, disciplined conduct, and a sober respectful presence.

Why We Ride

We ride because community matters.

Motorcycles can bring people together for something bigger than the ride itself. Once the Club is active, the goal is simple: show up prepared, support worthwhile causes, and leave a positive impression in the communities we visit.

Future Community Partnerships

If you’re a charity, community group, or organizer planning for 2027 and would like to discuss a possible future partnership, you can contact us now. Commitments will only be confirmed once the Club is ready and the logistics make sense.

  • What we need
Date, location, event purpose, and what support you’re requesting.
  • Possible future support
Charity ride participation, awareness support, volunteer presence, or promotion once the Club is active.
  • Governance and safety alignment
Before committing, the Club will confirm leadership roles, ride expectations, safety requirements, and any special logistics so the event stays focused on the cause.
  • Response time
Availability will be confirmed only after the Club reviews timing, safety, logistics, and founding-group capacity.

The intention is to keep future partnerships organized and respectful so the event stays focused on impact rather than the Club itself.
