What is Rocky Mountain Renegades RC
A family friendly riding club being built around community, respect, safe riding, and accountability. The first full riding season is planned for Spring 2027.
Is this a motorcycle club
RMRRC is being built as a traditional riding club focused on respect, community, and safe riding. It is not being organized as an outlaw or political motorcycle organization. Clear roles, standards, and accountability are part of the structure from the beginning.
How are decisions made
Once eligible voting membership is in place, official decisions including membership advancement and policy changes will require at least 80 percent approval at an official meeting. Voting is conducted openly by show of hands.
Membership and Progression
Who we are looking for, what will be expected, and how membership progression works.
Who can join
Adults 18 and over who support a respectful, family friendly culture and can ride safely. Through winter 2026–27, the focus is on meeting experienced riders who may fit the founding group.
How does membership work
Membership follows a structured progression that may include Guest, Supporter, Associate or Family, Prospect, and Full Riding Member status. Advancement is earned through participation, reliability, conduct, and the required membership approval.
What does Good Standing mean
Once active membership begins, Good Standing means dues are current and the member is not suspended or under active restrictions. Good Standing determines voting and ride privileges.
Can I wear the patch right away
No. Club identifiers are earned through progression, participation, probation, and membership approval. They represent the whole Club and come with responsibility.
Do I need a certain bike
No specific brand is required. The motorcycle must be street legal, roadworthy, and suitable for safe group riding at the expected pace.
Do I need riding experience
Yes. Riders should already be comfortable controlling their motorcycle in traffic and on highways before joining organized group rides. The founding group is being built around experienced, dependable riders.
Rides, Events, and Operations

How much are dues
The planned dues for Full Riding Members are $50 per month once active membership begins. Dues support Club operations, events, and community involvement. Other membership levels are explained on the Membership Levels page.
Do you do charity rides
Community and charity involvement are part of the Club’s planned direction. Once the 2027 season begins, rides and events may be organized to support local causes, with safety and respectful conduct as the standard.
Where are you based
The founding chapter is based in Red Deer, Alberta. Calgary and Edmonton remain possible future expansion areas and are not active chapters.
Can non members attend events
Once rides and events begin, some may be open to guests while others may be members only. Public details will be clearly identified when events are posted.
Do you have ride guidelines
Yes. Ride guidelines are already defined around safety, respect, formation, spacing, and group coordination. They will apply when official rides begin in the 2027 season.
