Quick clarity: If something is unclear once the Club is operating, members bring it to the Head Table for clarification and a clear decision.

80 percent approval will be required for votes to pass, including policy changes, budgets, and discipline outcomes.

Show of hands only. No proxies, anonymous voting, silent ballots, or electronic voting.

Quorum matters. Votes will only be valid when quorum is met and the result is properly recorded.

Emergency meetings may be called when immediate attention is required, with the same voting standard still applying.
Appointed positions will support rides and operations, while executive offices carry Head Table voting authority.
President
Presides over meetings, controls the floor, ensures votes are handled properly, and represents the Club in official public communication.
Vice President
Supports the President, helps maintain internal accountability, and assumes presidential authority when required.
Secretary
Records minutes, attendance, motions, and outcomes, maintains official records, and handles correspondence and meeting notices.
Treasurer
Tracks income and expenses, records dues and payments, reports finances clearly, and keeps financial records documented and audit ready.
Sergeant at Arms
Maintains order at meetings and Club activities, supports conduct and accountability, and applies the discipline process consistently.
Road Captain
Plans routes and itineraries, leads formation riding, sets pace and spacing, and provides safety briefings before official rides.
Tail Gunner
Monitors the rear of the formation, communicates hazards forward, watches for mechanical issues, and helps ensure no rider is left behind.
Member at Large
Represents member concerns, supports projects and events, and helps keep feedback flowing to leadership in a respectful way.
Web and Admin
Maintains website updates, forms, and public communications, supports event posts and membership requests, and keeps information organized.
