On the road
When official rides begin, the Road Captain will lead safety decisions and the Tail Gunner will help protect formation integrity so no rider is left behind.
In an accident or breakdown, the expectation will be simple: secure the scene, follow direction, and handle the situation with discipline and calm.

Our Mission

Safety and Giving Back

Rocky Mountain Renegades RC is being built to bring riders together around safe riding, commitment, accountability, and community involvement.

The goal is a club where riders look out for one another, show up when it matters, and represent the Club with pride and self control.

Once the 2027 season begins, rides and community involvement will focus on building real friendships, supporting local causes, and creating something built to last.

What makes us different
A written governance manual defines roles, meetings, voting standards, discipline, and member progression so expectations remain clear as the Club grows.
Public representation
Club identifiers represent more than one rider. Respect, self control, and responsible public conduct will be expected from everyone who wears them.

Governance
Clear Rules. Consistent Decisions.
Major decisions require 80 percent approval by visible show of hands, with quorum required. The high threshold is intended to protect stability and prevent constant swings in direction.
Leadership
Head Table Accountability
The Head Table will oversee operations, records, meetings, finances, discipline, and member progression. Officers carry additional responsibility and accountability.
Stability
Founding President Structure
The Founding President serves as the constitutional anchor for the Club’s mission and long-term stability as membership grows.

How We Operate

Structured. Consistent. Accountable.

Step 1
Monthly meetings
Once launched, the Club will hold one official meeting each month with an agenda, order, and recorded outcomes.
Step 2
Defined roles
Elected officers will run Club operations, while appointed ride roles will focus on safety and execution.
Step 3
Fair enforcement
Discipline will follow a clear ladder and due process so enforcement remains consistent.
Records and discretion
Minutes, decisions, and essential governance records will be maintained so the Club stays consistent as it grows.
Sensitive issues will be handled with discretion to protect members, preserve respect, and keep internal matters internal.
Clear records also support fairness by keeping expectations and decisions consistent.

Building the Founding Group
Help Build It From the Start
Through winter 2026–27, the focus is on meeting experienced riders who share the same values of respect, commitment, safe riding, and community. The first full riding season is planned for Spring 2027.
The structure is already defined: clear progression, sponsor accountability, organized meetings, and consistent standards. The winter is about finding the right people to build that structure with.

FAQ

Quick Answers

Who can join
We are currently meeting riders who value respect, safety, experience, and community. Start by reviewing the Membership page and introducing yourself.
Do I need a certain bike
No. What matters is that your bike is roadworthy, you ride responsibly, and you can safely hold formation in a group ride environment.
How long does progression take
Progression is earned, not timed. Consistent attendance, safe riding behavior, club conduct, and sponsor accountability determine when a member is ready for the next step.
What does good standing mean
Good standing means you are current on obligations, not suspended, and not under active restrictions. It determines voting and ride privileges.
How does voting work
Major votes require 80 percent approval and are done by show of hands only. Quorum is required for a vote to be valid, and proxy voting is not permitted.
How is discipline handled
Discipline follows a clear ladder with due process. Members may be allowed to address the Club at a meeting when needed, and enforcement is kept consistent so standards stay fair.
