- Good Standing: voting and ride privileges apply only while dues are current and the member is not suspended or restricted.

- Representation: recognized as official representatives of the club and its standards in public.
- Purpose: records, finances, meetings, membership progression, safety, and reputation protection.
- Leadership: coordinate rides and events, ensure consistency across chapters, protect standards.
- Accountability: officers model standards, may be reviewed for performance and follow through.
- Trust: assigned to members who demonstrate fairness, discipline, confidentiality, and consistency.
- Voting standard: all votes require 80 percent approval by show of hands.
- Quorum: quorum is 60 percent of eligible voting members present for a vote to be valid.
- Eligible voters: Full Riding Members and elected Officers in Good Standing.
