Membership Levels

consistency, and giving back. Our membership path is designed so riders join gradually, build trust,
learn the standards, and earn their place through participation, reliability, and responsible conduct.

Membership Path

We keep membership structured on purpose. You can get to know the culture as a Guest, support the mission as
an Associate, earn trust as a Prospect, and become a Full Riding Member through confirmation, not time served.

Officer, Head Table Executive

  • Leadership: coordinate rides and events, ensure consistency across chapters, protect standards.
  • Accountability: officers model standards, may be reviewed for performance and follow through.
  • Trust: assigned to members who demonstrate fairness, discipline, confidentiality, and consistency.

How Advancement Works

Membership advancement is earned through consistency, attitude, and participation. There are no automatic promotions, and time served alone does not guarantee progression. Advancement is confirmed through the club process, sponsor input when required, and formal membership confirmation so standards stay consistent and the club stays stable.

  • Voting standard: all votes require 80 percent approval by show of hands.
  • Quorum: quorum is 60 percent of eligible voting members present for a vote to be valid.
  • Eligible voters: Full Riding Members and elected Officers in Good Standing.
  • Confirmation: sponsor recommendation matters, membership confirmation decides advancement.

Registration and Patch Issuance

Upon acceptance into the process as an Associate or Prospect, a one time registration and processing fee of $200 applies. This covers administrative processing, official membership identification, and a full patch kit. Patch issuance is structured for a reason, it protects the club’s reputation and makes sure members represent the standards properly in public.

  • Initial issue: after registration is complete, the member receives name patch and top rocker.
  • Probation: probation exists to verify reliability, respect, attendance, and safety.
  • Full patch: remaining patches are issued only after probation and an 80 percent approval vote.
  • Patch respect: patches represent the whole club, misuse or public misconduct triggers discipline.

Participation and Good Standing

Membership means participation. Good Standing means dues are current, the member is not suspended, and no active restrictions apply. Good Standing is what unlocks voting rights, ride privileges, and advancement eligibility.

  • Dues: monthly dues are $50 per member, payable at official meetings.
  • Missed dues: missed dues trigger immediate review and may suspend vest riding privileges until current.
  • Attendance: repeated unexcused absence may trigger review and discipline escalation.
  • Ghost status: temporary inactive status for work, health, or family, voting is paused and privileges may be limited.

Sponsor Accountability

Sponsors help prospects learn the culture, expectations, ride safety, and how the club operates in real life.

  • Requirement: each prospect must have a sponsor who is a Full Riding Member in Good Standing.
  • Mentorship: sponsor ensures attendance, safety learning, and standards understanding.
  • Accountability: repeated prospect issues may require the sponsor to address what happened and what changes.
  • Limitations: repeated failures to mentor may restrict a member from sponsoring for a period.
