President
Presides over meetings, controls the floor, ensures votes are handled properly, and represents the club publicly for events and official communication.
Vice President
Supports the President, keeps operations moving, and steps in when needed to maintain continuity and standards.
Secretary
Records minutes, maintains member records, handles official correspondence, and manages meeting notices with confidentiality where required.
Treasurer
Tracks income and expenses, collects dues and fines, reports finances clearly, and keeps records audit ready with receipts and approvals documented.
Sergeant at Arms
Maintains order at meetings and events, supports safety and conduct, and applies the discipline ladder with consistency based on severity and history.
Road Captain
Plans routes and itineraries, leads formation riding, sets pace and spacing, and delivers safety briefings including hand signals and hazard response.
Tail Gunner
Monitors the rear of the formation, communicates hazards forward, watches for mechanical issues, and ensures no rider is left behind.
Member at Large
Represents member concerns, supports projects and events, and helps keep feedback flowing to leadership in a respectful way.
Web and Admin
Maintains website updates, forms, and public communications, supports event posts and membership requests, and keeps information organized.
