Official Ride Standards

These standards apply to official club rides and any charity ride where Rocky Mountain Renegades RC is operating as ride leadership.

  • Briefing required, all riders attend the pre ride briefing before departure.
  • Arrive prepared, arrive 15 to 30 minutes early with a full fuel tank.
  • Ride command, the Road Captain leads operational ride decisions and the Tail Gunner supports rear formation safety.
  • Formation discipline, maintain spacing, follow regroup rules, and ride predictable.
  • Professional conduct, represent the Club and the community with courtesy, discipline, and a sober respectful presence.

Note, ride details may shift due to weather. Always check the latest update on the Upcoming Rides page before heading out.

How Event Listings Work

Simple structure, safe riding, clear accountability. Ride listings are confirmed before they are posted publicly.

  • Request, send the event name, date, meet time, meet location, and a short note.
  • Confirm, we verify route, stops, safety needs, and any permits if needed.
  • Post, once confirmed, the event appears on the Upcoming Rides page and is updated if details change.
  • Ride Day, arrive fueled, on time, and ready for the briefing and formation expectations.
