How Our Charity Events Work

Simple structure, safe riding, and a clear focus on the cause.

  • Planning
    We coordinate with the partner organization, confirm the purpose, and lock in event needs before launch.
  • Ride Briefing
    Riders arrive fueled and on time, and attend a short pre ride safety briefing.
  • Operational Authority
    During official rides, the Road Captain leads ride decisions and the Tail Gunner helps keep formation safe and together.
  • Formation and Safety
    Our designated Ride Lead sets pace, spacing, and regroup rules to keep the group safe and predictable.
  • Donations
    If money is collected, it is documented and delivered to the partner as agreed, with Treasurer tracked accountability and clear records.
  • Respect
    We represent the Club and the cause with professionalism, courtesy, disciplined conduct, and a sober respectful presence.
