Club Structure

How Rocky Mountain Renegades RC stays organized,
fair, and focused on safe riding and giving back.

How the club is organized

Rocky Mountain Renegades RC is built to be simple, accountable, and consistent. The Head Table exists to keep the club organized, records, finances, meetings, discipline, safety, membership progression, and the protection of the club’s reputation. Appointed ride positions support operations, but they do not carry executive voting authority.

Quick clarity: If something is unclear, members bring it to the Head Table for clarification and a clean decision.

How decisions get made

Clear rules, consistent voting, and respect in the room.

1

80 percent approval is required for votes to pass, including policy changes, budgets, and discipline outcomes.

2

Show of hands only. No proxies, no anonymous voting, and no silent ballots.

3

Quorum matters. Votes are only valid when quorum is met and results are recorded properly.

4

Emergency meetings can be called when immediate attention is required, with the same voting standard.

Leadership Roles

Titles stay visible for clarity and structure. Names can be added privately later if needed.

Appointed positions support rides and operations, but only executive offices carry Head Table voting authority.
