Progression is earned through consistency, safety, and how you carry yourself.
Standards stay the same for everyone, ride behavior, meeting conduct, and how you represent the Club in public.
Structure snapshot
Major decisions require 80 percent approval, votes are by show of hands only, no proxies, and quorum is 60 percent of eligible voting members present. Discipline follows a clear ladder and due process, with the opportunity to address the Club at a meeting when needed. Standards are enforced consistently so expectations stay fair. Roles are defined, records are maintained, and sensitive matters are handled with discretion to protect members and the Club’s reputation.
On the road
During official rides, the Road Captain has operational command for safety decisions, and the Tail Gunner protects formation integrity so no rider is left behind.
In an accident or breakdown, we secure the scene, follow direction, and handle it with discipline and calm.
Our Mission
Safety and Giving Back
Rocky Mountain Renegades RC brings riders together to build a welcoming, accountable community rooted in safe riding, commitment, and charity focused events across Canada.
We ride with purpose. That means looking out for the people beside you, showing up when it matters, and representing the Club with pride and self control.
Our rides and events are built to strengthen friendships, support local causes, and build something real that lasts.
What makes us different
We operate under a written governance manual that defines roles, meetings, voting standards, discipline process, and member progression in plain English so expectations stay consistent as the Club grows.
Public representation
When you wear Club identifiers, you represent the Club. We expect respect, self control, and behavior that protects the reputation we are building.
Governance
Clear Rules, Consistent Decisions
Major decisions require 80 percent approval by visible show of hands, with quorum required for validity. This threshold prevents division and protects long term stability.
Leadership
Head Table Accountability
The Head Table runs operations, records, meetings, discipline, finances, and progression. Officers are held to higher standards and complete an annual performance review.
Stability
Founding President Structure
The Founding President is the constitutional anchor protecting mission and stability. This prevents constant rule swings and keeps the Club aligned as it grows.
How We Operate
Simple, Consistent, and Accountable
Step 1
Monthly meetings
We hold one official meeting per month with an agenda, order, and recorded outcomes.
Step 2
Defined roles
Elected officers run operations, and appointed ride roles focus on safety and execution.
Step 3
Fair enforcement
Discipline follows a clear ladder and due process so enforcement stays consistent.
Records and discretion
Minutes, decisions, and essential governance records are maintained so the Club stays consistent as it grows.
Sensitive issues are handled with discretion to protect members, preserve respect, and prevent public drama or rumor.
Clear records also protect fairness, the same expectations apply to everyone, and outcomes are not based on popularity.

Quick Answers
Who can join

Do I need a certain bike
No. What matters is that your bike is roadworthy, you ride responsibly, and you can safely hold formation in a group ride environment.
How long does progression take
Progression is earned, not timed. Consistent attendance, safe riding behavior, club conduct, and sponsor accountability determine when a member is ready for the next step.
What does good standing mean
Good standing means you are current on obligations, not suspended, and not under active restrictions. It determines voting and ride privileges.
How does voting work
Major votes require 80 percent approval and are done by show of hands only. Quorum is required for a vote to be valid, and proxy voting is not permitted.
How is discipline handled
Discipline follows a clear ladder with due process. Members may be allowed to address the Club at a meeting when needed, and enforcement is kept consistent so standards stay fair.
